Strong understanding of HRIS systems and the HR landscape is essential, and demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets are required.
The Account Executive, HRIS, will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored HRIS solutions. They will actively manage the customer buying journey, proactively generate new business, maintain accurate customer data, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets while positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner.
